Damaged or Defective Items

If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

Because each poster is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your order details (size, frame option) before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective
  4. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps

Refund Processing

Once we approve your return request, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
